Both 3S facilities integrate sales, service and parts operations. They provide a wide range of accessories and top-of-the-line support to customers. A team of highly trained and equipped engineers is available at the facilities’ workshops, which have the latest tools, state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and computerized technology for attending to the needs of customers.

“Putting the customer at the center is one of Chevrolet’s core values,” added Markus Sternberg, vice president of After sales and Customer Experience at GM India, who attended the opening of the facilities. “As part of its commitment to provide customers an experience that they truly expect and deserve, GM India has introduced Chevrolet Complete Care.
