Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Limited (SMIPL), subsidiary of one of the world’s leading two-wheeler manufacturers Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, has tied up with India’s largest online marketplace Snapdeal for the sale of its vehicles. Customers will be able to browse Suzuki products on the Snapdeal Motors platform, select a vehicle, book it (via online payment of booking amount) and select a dealership in their vicinity from where the vehicle can be picked up. As an initial launch offer, buyers who purchase Suzuki vehicles on Snapdeal can avail 1 year free vehicle insurance.

According to Mr. Masayoshi Ito, Managing Director of Suzuki Motorcycles India Pvt Ltd., “A tie up with an online giant like Snapdeal was a logical choice for Suzuki as internet and e-commerce is starting to become a popular channel in India. We are sure that this collaboration will be profitable for Snapdeal, Suzuki and our customers.”
