Automotive Engine Anti-Freeze Coolants & Brake Fluid maker S-CCI Golden Cruiser, has been awarded the 18001: 2007 Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS) certification. The award has been given to the company for its Bhiwadi plant at Alwar, Rajasthan, India.
This certificate establishes that the Bhiwadi plant of the company maintains an occupational Health & Safety Management System for the manufacture of Automotive Anti-Freeze Coolants, Brake Fluids, Wind Shield Cleaner & other Speciality Products.
OHSAS 18000 is an international occupational health and safety management system specification.
OHSAS certificate is awarded based on the result of a safety audit documented in the audit report. S-CCI Golden Cruiser already has the TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certifications for the plant.
While making the announcement Mr. S K Singh, Director S-CCI Golden-Cruiser India said, “We are currently going for NABL accreditation for our Laboratory at our Bhiwadi plant. It is today a state-of-art laboratory with full Research & Development facilities as well as equipment for routine testing . S-CCI has myriad analytical and spectroscopic equipments like GC, HPLC, Ion chromatograph and ICP for routine analysis and development work. With NABL accreditation S-CCI will be able to test materials for other customers as well.”
