New research from Capgemini which reveals that though three-quarters of consumers would be willing to buy a car online, the test drive is seen as a critical part of the process and is preventing many from a completely online car purchase. Indeed, 88% admitted that physically experiencing the car is the main reason they would prefer to buy in person.
