Mahindra Two Wheelers celebrates Joy of Riding with the first-ever MOJO ‘Mountain Trail’

 Mahindra Two Wheelers, part of the USD 17.8 billion Mahindra Group, flagged off the first-ever Mahindra MOJO ‘Mountain Trail’ from Delhi to Chandigarh via Leh from July 24th to August 7th. 28 MOJO bikers will cover a distance of 2,700 km during the trail, putting to test the true capability of the bike.

28 bike enthusiasts from eight cities across India with diverse backgrounds, assembled at Bikers Café in Gurgaon for the flag off. Exemplifying the brotherhood shared among MOJO owners, Delhi Chapter of MOJO owners rode to Bikers Café to cheer and encourage their fellow bikers prior to this epic trail. India’s leading youth icon and biking aficionado, Rannvijay Singh along with ace filmmaker Nagesh Kukunoor have joined this trail riding the Mahindra MOJO for the Chandigarh to Leh leg.

Riding through the majestic north, the riders are all set to undergo the most satisfying ride of their lifetime through challenging routes across valleys and mountains with the MOJO. The trail will also cover some breathtaking yet undulating terrain while making enjoyable stops for the camel safari in Nubra to riding along the Pangong lake, popularly known as the lake of changing colours. Along with this, a visit to Drass War memorial in Kargil will make this trail one wholesome experience. The ‘Mountain Trail’ promises to leave a long-lasting memory in the minds of the MOJO tribesmen.

The Mahindra MOJO comes equipped with a state-of-the-art engine and DOHC (Double Over Head Camshaft), low friction piston and rings, advanced EFI (Electronic Fuel Ignition), iridium spark plug, resonator fitted intake system and twin exhausts. MOJO uses a twin tube frame with high torsional rigidity, inverted front fork with rigid triple clamp mounting and high pressure gas charged offset rear mono-shox with separator floating piston, largest 320mm radially mounted front disc brakes and Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tyres. These features are enhanced with a 21 litre fuel tank, the largest in its class, to ensure it can cover longer distances on road effortlessly.
